Pepecoin (PEP) network, day by day.

A robot records the block height, the supply and how many addresses hold PEP every day. These are its numbers, back to January 30, 2024, the day the first block was mined. It never sleeps. We checked.

Number go up (addresses, not price)

Addresses holding PEP

Addresses with a balance above zero, even a tiny amount below 0.001 PEP. The PepeBlocks explorer counts only addresses holding at least 0.001 PEP, so its number is lower. One point a day for the first week, one a week from February 5, 2024 until September 2025, and one a day since. Hover or tap the chart to read a date.

Tick tock

Blocks per day, by month

Pepecoin aims for a block every 60 seconds, which is 1,440 a day. In March and April 2024, before merged mining started at block 42,000 in May, a block took 8 to 13 minutes on average. Since June 2024 the pace has stayed close to the target: one block every 62.6 seconds over the past year. The paler bar is the current month so far.

Where the numbers come from

Every day a GitHub Actions job asks the PepeBlocks explorer and the pepecoinservice.org API for the block height, the supply and the rich list, and saves the result in this site’s repository.

Before October 5, 2026 the same figures were rebuilt by replaying the Pepecoin blockchain from its first block: one point a day for the first week (January 30 to February 4, 2024), one a week until September 2025 and one a day after that.

Block time is the time between two snapshots divided by the blocks found in between. Addresses are the ones holding more than zero PEP, including tiny leftovers below 0.001 PEP. PepeBlocks shows a lower number because it counts only addresses with at least 0.001 PEP. One person can use many addresses, and exchanges hold coins for many people.
